As a Front Office Supervisor at The Cloud One Hotels, you're coordinating and overseeing the Front Office team, collaboratively working with the department manager for smooth operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Guiding and supporting our guests seamlessly from check-in to check-out
• Enriching guest experiences by sharing insights and tips about the city and its surrounding areas
• Engaging in effective communication with guests via phone and email, adeptly managing reservation inquiries and navigating through overbooking situations and alternative options
• Overseeing expenses and the accommodation revenue budget
• Handling invoices, including cost coverage management, cash handling, and settlement procedures
• Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
