I have done 3 years Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management. My Duties and Job Responsibilities: Responsible for day to day operations of F&B Outlets. Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee. Follows up to ensure complaints have been addressed to the guest's satisfaction. Monitoring and controlling departmental costs. Creating and nurturing a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing service. Responds quickly and proactively to employee's concerns. Motivating and encouraging staff to solve guest and employee related concerns. Responds quickly and proactively to guest's concerns. Understands the brand's service culture. Sets service expectations for all guests internally and externally. Develops a relationship with all guests to build repeated clientele internally and externally. Complies with all corporate accounting procedures. Responsible for ensuring staff is working together as team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and Ares, locking doors, etc. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well – being, of guests. Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene and fire life safety. Encourage my fellow F&B service colleagues; be responsible for service and operational processes in the restaurant.
